Milan, 1 October 2026 – Lutech, an Italian leader in digital technologies and artificial intelligence, is taking another step in its international growth journey with the acquisition of ABGAM, a business unit of the SEGULA Technologies Group specialising in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions and a long-standing partner of Dassault Systèmes.

The acquisition is part of the Group’s development strategy aimed at strengthening its presence in key European markets and expanding its portfolio of capabilities to support the digital transformation of businesses across Europe.

Over the years, Lutech has consolidated its growth journey through targeted investments, the integration of specialist expertise and the continuous expansion of its international presence. This latest acquisition is another important step, enabling the Group to strengthen its position in a strategic segment such as PLM.
