Lutech SpA, in compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 24/2023 (implementation of Directive EU 2019/1937 concerning the protection of persons who report violations of Union law and containing provisions concerning the protection of people who report violations of national regulatory provisions - so-called Whistleblowing), has drawn up a Whistleblowing Policy and adopted its own channel for reporting violations and irregularities (illicit acts and/or behaviour, whether committed or omitted, which harm public interest or the integrity of the Company), which guarantees whistleblowers, including via encryption tools, the confidentiality of their identity and the information contained in the report as well as their protection from possible retaliation.
Anonymous reports are accepted, but whistleblowers are advised to favor nominative reports, in order to speed up and make investigations more effective.
Whistleblowing reports, which must be as detailed as possible, may concern violations of the law that harm the public interest or the integrity of the company, such as the commission of a corrupt act, a crime provided for by Legislative Decree 231/01, the violation of the Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 or offenses that fall within the scope of application of European or national legislation indicated by Legislative Decree 24/2023.
