Lutech S.p.A. (“Lutech” or the “Company”) announces that, effective tomorrow, Luca Donna is stepping down as Chief Financial Officer and leaving the Company to pursue a new professional opportunity.

On an interim basis, Claudio Brandolino will assume the responsibilities of Chief Financial Officer, while continuing to serve in his current role as Chief M&A Officer.

Lutech would like to thank Luca Donna for his contribution and commitment during his time with the company and wishes him every success in his future endeavors.

The company would also like to thank Claudio Brandolino for taking on these additional responsibilities during the interim period.
