Lutech Group urges users to exercise caution with respect to fraud attempts implemented by parties using the "Lutech" name and brand in an illicit manner.
What you need to know
- Lutech staff DOES NOT ever contact anyone by phone, email, or social media to propose professional projects or activities without making a qualified initial contact, or to request access to sites, platforms, or services that promise winnings, earnings, discounts, or the like.
- Lutech personnel DOES NOT ever ask for electronic transfers or payments to achieve monetary benefits of any kind. Moreover, trading, collecting savings or making investments in the financial field are not part of Lutech's corporate purpose.
- All Lutech's relationships with customers and partners are governed by contracts and follow safe and specific procedures.
Recognizing a scam attempt
Definitely not a Lutech employee, agent, or representative who:
- contacts the victim by phone, email or social channels claiming (falsely) to be operating as Lutech staff to sell services, partnership opportunities or investment prospects.
- tries to establish trust with the victim by demonstrating knowledge of certain personal information in order to lead the victim to believe that the call actually came from Lutech.
- refers to or uses platforms, websites, online content with Lutech logos, or other tools that falsely refer to the Lutech brand.
- proposes to join a new project or service that will provide access to monetary gains, large discounts or other important benefits,
- asks to perform actions such as: making wire transfers or making electronic payments online, accessing websites by entering credentials.
Reports
If you suspect that you have been defrauded, we urge you to immediately contact Law Enforcement and the Judicial Authority (particularly the Postal and Communications Police if it is fraud committed by means of computer tools).
