Lutech's Global Competence Center (GCC) opened in 2024 in Tirana, Albania, is a center of excellence dedicated to providing advanced services in digital and artificial intelligence. This new Center, the result of a close collaboration between Italy and Albania, represents a significant step in Lutech Group's internationalization strategy aimed at creating and enhancing competencies of excellence.

The center is dedicated to providing a full range of services, including consulting, implementation and operations on various innovative technologies and platforms. These services are aimed at both Italian and international clients, supporting the digital transformation of companies in various sectors.

The numbers of the Global Competence Center

The Global Competence Center drives organic and inorganic growth of the facility, which will include at least 400 professionals by 2026. Currently, the center already has a team of more than 200 specialists with an average age of 24, and has developed more than 30 successful projects covering different technologies.

The Competence Center has formed partnerships with leading university and government facilities and international technology organizations to expand its reach and maximize its impact. Through these partnerships, the Center has gained access to cutting-edge resources and expertise, ensuring the quality and relevance of its services.

Services of excellence for digital transformation

The Global Competence Center provides consulting and implementation services on technologies such as Salesforce, SAP, Infor, Java, and managed services such as Application Operation available H24.

It also collaborates closely with the Bari Competence Center for the industrialization of use cases in various fields, including Artificial Intelligence in particular.

Internationality and Innovation

The GCC is a key pillar of Lutech Group's internationalization program due to its multilingual and multi-technological nature. The creation of the Global Competence Center is symbolic of a new model of collaboration between Italy and Albania, which has enabled and will further push mutual growth and development in the digital world. The creation of the Global Competence Center in Tirana represents another important step in Lutech's growth, strengthening its international presence and creating an ecosystem of competencies that enables it to offer increasingly innovative and quality solutions to clients.
