Tuesday 20 July 2021 is the day of the Financial Services Summit Italy, the Salesforce Italia event dedicated to the financial sector, with a focus on “Restarting from relationships: innovation, involvement and collaboration”.

Over the course of an afternoon there will be presentations from leading companies in the sector and Salesforce partners and experts, who will talk about how companies in the banking and insurance sector are helping the country seize opportunities for recovery, accompanying their clients as they grow. Together, we will discover business choices and digital transformation strategies to accelerate innovation and allow banks and insurance companies to put themselves forward to clients as long-term partners in a sustainable manner.

At 3:45 p.m. our very own speaker Mara Cassardo, Lutech Director, will be on stage, with her session entitled “Visti da vicino: protagonisti e partner della ripresa” (seen close up: protagonists and partners of the recovery), to talk about the customer experience revolution and new business models in banking. Our client BPM will also be present in the same session to tell us how a centralized client view and digitization of the sales & marketing processes has improved internal performance and customer relationships.
