Lutech acquires Finance Evolution

On March 27, we completed the acquisition of Finance Evolution, a Turin-based company that focuses specifically on the Financial sector supporting over 30 customers, including Italian and foreign banks (in both the domestic and international market) and others financial operators, with Business Process Consulting services.
Finance Evolution operates authoritatively in significantly important areas, such as regulatory and process consultancy, in addition to the focal area of supervisory reporting.
This acquisition brings the skills of 110 professionals to the Group, excellent profiles that complete our value proposition in the financial sector.
