A new phase of growth for Lutech, which through the subsidiary Arcares SpA, has acquired the majority of the share capital of Liscor SpA, an Italian software vendor that operates in the Financial Services market, in particular in the Lending sector.
The transaction involves the sale of 60% of Liscor's shares. As a result of this transaction, Lutech has also become the parent company of a Romanian company –wholly owned by Liscor – that also operates in financial services and has important banks such as Unicredit Bank Romania among its customers.
The acquisition is part of Lutech's broad development framework, which began in 2014 with the acquisition of Arcares SpA and IT Business SpA, and consolidates the Group's positioning in the European ICT sector.
“Our objective is to strengthen our positioning in the ICT landscape in Italy while being increasingly present abroad, participating in IT projects in which we can best express our experience, technological competence and commitment” commented Tullio Pirovano, CEO of Lutech. “This transaction represents an important step for us not only to innovate and consolidate our offer in the Financial Services area, but also to expand our presence abroad, especially in Europe”.
