This service is divided into three main areas: Reactive Services, Proactive Services and SLA & Time Covering.
Reactive Services includes all support activities activated in response to problems or malfunctions. These services include 24/7 technical support, remote and on-site service interventions, advanced hardware replacement, and software update management. The main objective is to resolve any problems promptly to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
Proactive Services focuses on prevention and optimization of operations. Through continuous systems monitoring, event and performance management, and advanced configuration, these services aim to identify and resolve potential problems before they can cause disruption. Shared Services offers value-added services with a multi-tenant approach, delivered from Lutech's remote competence centers, such as precisely the Cloud Operations Center (CLOC). On-Premise Dedicated involves a dedicated team tailored to the customer's needs, operating locally at the customer's premises. This approach ensures direct and immediate support, ideal for companies that need constant and timely intervention.
