At the same time, it is possible to use its generative features to process documents related to a new opportunity in real time, obtaining timely details and to receive suggestions on which references to use.
Lutech BrAIn's main use cases facilitate content research and proposal preparation by transparently managing language and simultaneous translations:

Through this use case, you can navigate within your company's Knowledge Base to search for topics of interest. Users can query the BrAIn chatbot to search for relevant information and documents in the company database (e.g., business and business skills documents) related to specific topics and the system will return a textual response to the query and sources, up to freely interacting with the BrAIn chatbot by asking increasingly detailed questions.

- Similarity search
Users are supported in searching for Knowledge Base content "similar" to that of the current opportunity, quickly accessing relevant information, and a bid-response structure automatically prepared by the tool based on answers already provided to similar won bids in the past. - Generation of process documents
BrAIn can support go/no-go business activities through the automatic generation of dozens of slides required for the internal Deal Qualification process, relieving opportunity managers from manually searching for all the information and drafting text, requiring the user only to perform verification and integration activities of the content already produced.
