CDM enters Lutech Group

Lutech Group enthusiastically continues its growth path and announces the acquisition of CDM Tecnoconsulting Spa and its subsidiaries. The group has been operating in the ICT market for over 30 years with a strong focus on the manufacturing industry and on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), IoT, ERP solutions.
The strategic approach to information management and processes to support the entire life cycle of the product, application expertise and partnerships in these markets with leading vendors, ensure great dynamism and concrete solutions even in internationalization processes to over 1500 customers and the market.

With a total workforce of 300 employees and a turnover of 55 million euro, the CDM Group comprises five specialized companies – three Italian, one Chinese and one Spanish –, which actively collaborate in accordance with the opportunities and needs of each individual customer.
