At this ninth edition of the event, to be held in Verona on October 3, Lutech will lead the session entitled “Extended network without secrets: Visibility, multi-level machine learning and reaction against advanced cyber space threats” from 2.00 pm to 2.40 pm.
In the era of Digital Transformation, companies are investing increasingly in their IT infrastructures and cybersecurity. New advanced threats, upheld by extremely high levels of automation and promoted by highly motivated cybercriminals, will emerge with the growing opportunities for digitization and the consequent strong integration of heterogeneous networks, such as “intranet, extranet, Internet, WAN, Datacenter, IoT and Cloud networks”, and will become increasingly difficult to detect and counter.

Lutech will present a new security model for “extended networks” integrating two fundamental components:

From a technological point of view, the model exploits new paradigms based on Machine Learning and Cognitive Intelligence capable of detecting anomalies even within encrypted network traffic flows and “stealth” threats, enabling a quick and effective response to attacks both from outside and from within extended networks, which are often underestimated. The solution also ensures that previous corporate investments in IT infrastructure and security are leveraged.
