Merger: wHealth and IT Business incorporated into Lutech

As from today, Friday, June 1, 2018, IT Business and wHealth have been incorporated into Lutech Spa.

In fact, the merger filing procedure of the two companies with the register of companies of Milan, Monza Brianza and Lodi has been completed.
In view of the growth projects in development - in addition to those already completed - following the acquisition in July 2017 by the private equity fund One Equity Partner, the Lutech Group continues its reorganization process.

Both of these product companies will continue to contribute to the market offerings of Lutech and the whole Group. In the first case, through the Financial Services business unit with e-payment solutions, while the wHealth brand will continue to offer its suite of products supporting digitization in the Healthcare sector.
A further challenge and a new commitment that the Lutech Group’s united team aims to emphasize.
