Lutech acquires BeeToBit

The young and dynamic Italian company is specialized in the design, creation and 24/7 support of cloud-based systems

The goal is to accompany businesses through Cloud Transformation in their digital evolution journey

Lutech Group announces the acquisition of BeeToBit, a technology provider founded in Cagliari in 2015 per by three young Sardinian cloud architects.

BeeToBit is specialized in the design, creation and maintenance of IT infrastructure based on cloud platforms, in particular Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud. The company has a presence in various markets, from the public sector and biomedical through to the media. BeeToBit is an AWS Advanced Consulting Partner and is part of the worldwide launch group of AWS’s 34 Well-Architected Partner Program.

Some projects carried out by BeeToBit in the Smart Cities sector have also received specific recognition at an international level.

This acquisition confirms the importance of expertise and references on the three cloud environments, AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud, which are experiencing the highest levels of growth in Italy. In a context which is moving ever-faster towards the definition of hybrid and multicloud heterogeneous cloud projects, it is becoming essential to offer clients of all sizes and sectors the greatest possible choice of expertise on all the major platforms. The young specialists of BeeToBit will provide Lutech Group with the highest possible level of up-to-date expertise on continually evolving platforms, such as AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud.

The BeeToBit team will continue to operate from its Cagliari headquarters, and the co-founders Federico Caboni, Roberto Chessa and Giuseppe Musu will remain at the helm of the company.
