Diem Technologies enters Lutech Group

Lutech Group continues its growth path and signs a new deal: with Diem Technologies, a system integrator specialized in satellite communication systems and digital broadcasting solutions, providing the Group with new distinctive skills and outstanding professionalism and enriching its positioning in Telco & Media.

In particular, Diem Technologies is the main partner in Italy of Mediakind, formerly Ericsson Media, a company that our shareholder, One Equity Partners, owns 51% of. This acquisition is part of a broad strategic plan based on the partnership between Lutech and Mediakind, which sees Lutech and Diem Technologies as MediaKind's reference system integrator, certainly in Italy but also in several important European countries.
