Disc enters Lutech Group

On May 23, we completed our acquisition of 100% of the share capital of DISC, the historic System Integrator and software house specialized in the design and development of IT solutions. DISC is based in Bergamo and its more than 180 resources have been operating in Italy and abroad since 1984

DISC’s principal expertise covers areas such as development of custom software, system projects, consulting/implementation of management platforms for specific markets and application maintenance.  DISC avails itself of qualified resources in three divisions – Banking, Application Development, Technology & Data Center – providing support to over one hundred medium and large-sized customers.
DISC has a very significant customer portfolio in the financial world, to which, thanks to its expert knowledge of this field, it provides 360-degree systems outsourcing and application management (AM) services. Furthermore, pension and healthcare fund management platforms have been the subject of considerable attention over recent years. In the industrial world, DISC’s significant experience in sectors such as chemicals, plastics and metalworking, place the company among the key reference players for these fields.
