Lutech acquires ICTeam

It is with pleasure that Lutech announces the success of its acquisition of 100% of the share capital of ICTeam, which is now a part of the Lutech Group. This important agreement contributes to shaping a Group that aims at becoming one of the main European reference points in the Digital Evolution.
The Lutech Group integrates its current offering with the distinctive expertise of ICTeam in the design, implementation and management of Data Base architectures, Data Warehouse systems, innovative solutions in the Big and Fast Data field and Business Intelligence tools.
ICTeam is an Italian company established in 1999 that develops custom solutions and is increasingly focused on Business Intelligence and Big and Fast Data. It also creates and manages IT solutions and architectures, offers Cloud services and provides loyalty program consultancy and implementation services.
