Lutech acquires Sinergy

Lutech and One Equity Partners (“OEP”) announce their acquisition of the Milanese company Sinergy SpA, specialized in systems integration and an infrastructure solutions provider. In the wake of the growing demand for IT skills across Western Europe, this acquisition strengthens Lutech's position on the Italian domestic market.
Sinergy is an Italian IT system integrator specialized in the data center sector. It provides complete solutions for the design, development and management of ICT infrastructures, crucial for business activities.
