Lutech has strengthened its offer in the field of the Internet of Things through its acquisition of the majority of the share capital of Soltec Soluzioni Tecnologiche Srl (www.soltecudine.it), a company that designs and develops high technological devices and solutions.
At the same time, Lutech has also become the parent company of Kronotech (www.kronotech.it), which is owned in full by Soltec and also operates in the IoT sector, specializing in the creation of innovative solutions and systems for data collection and automatic identification for attendance detection, access control, production monitoring, video surveillance and security.
