Lutech acquires Soltec Srl and strengthens its IoT solutions

Lutech has strengthened its offer in the field of the Internet of Things through its acquisition of the majority of the share capital of Soltec Soluzioni Tecnologiche Srl (www.soltecudine.it), a company that designs and develops high technological devices and solutions.
At the same time, Lutech has also become the parent company of Kronotech (www.kronotech.it), which is owned in full by Soltec and also operates in the IoT sector, specializing in the creation of innovative solutions and systems for data collection and automatic identification for attendance detection, access control, production monitoring, video surveillance and security.
“The objective of this business deal for Lutech is to strengthen its positioning in the Internet of Things sector, where we see ample scope for development,” stated Tullio Pirovano, CEO of Lutech. “Through the specific expertise of the companies revolving around the Lutech galaxy, we aim to offer an integrated and homogeneous solution on the market, capable of communicating the various components forming the IoT infrastructure”.
