Lutech Group is pleased to announce the completion of the merger by acquisition of Telesio Systems into the Group, completing a process which began with the acquisition of the company back in 2018. This milestone, alongside the consolidation of our partnership with Quest Software, confirms and relaunches the Group’s focus on database management solutions.  

Telesio Systems offers consultancy, design and management of complex data architectures based on Oracle environments. The merger is the conclusion of a long partnership between Lutech Group and Telesio Systems which, over the years, has enabled structured database migration projects for numerous enterprise-level clients to be taken on synergically, primarily in the Financial Services sector.

Right from the first projects undertaken together, the two companies identified a common foundational value in their expertise. Telesio Systems, already an Oracle Gold Partner and part of Confor Informatica, first Oracle VAR in Italy, brings with it thirty years of expertise, a large number of certifications and various recognitions awarded by the American brand over the years.

Integration of Telesio Systems’ resources and expertise, along with the focus on solutions from Quest Software, of whom Lutech Group is now a Platinum Partner, allows the group’s Database Management Solutions practice to offer the best database management solutions to the market.The practice’s goal is to support client companies in optimizing the management of their corporate databases, through the use of modern technological tools and a complete service portfolio. Incorporating Quest Software’s offering will, indeed, allow the Database Management practice to fully satisfy the requirements for migration, optimization, consolidation and, above all protection and management of the data structures.

Lutech Group thus confirms database management as a priority component of Italian companies’ digital transformation path, recognizing migration, management and protection of data to be a core pillar in this change.
