Sustainable growth starts first and foremost with People. That’s why, on its path of continuous improvement, Lutech has chosen to further strengthen values such as respect, inclusion, and equity —values it deeply identifies with.
In addition to its commitment to Social Responsibility (SA8000:2014) and the protection of Workers’ Health and Safety (ISO 45001:2018), Lutech has chosen to give tangible expression to these values through the definition of its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Policy and by obtaining UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality Certification. This guideline will lead Lutech over the coming years toward building a more equitable and empowering corporate environment for all people, with a particular focus on female talent and leadership.
With the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Certification, we have introduced within the company the Gender Equality Management System, which will further strengthen Lutech’s commitment to equity and the fight against all forms of discrimination. It’s a concrete and measurable journey that will engage us year after year in the continuous improvement of our goals toward inclusion and gender equality.
Through these initiatives, Lutech aims to continue reinforcing its corporate culture—built on real actions, behaviors, and language that promote a work environment where differences are seen as a strength, and people are recognized as the heart of the organization.
