Lutech Group announces the birth of Finwave

The new entity in the Financial Solutions world was born from the union of four companies-Arcares, CSTTech, Finance Evolution and Liscor

Lutech today announced the birth of the new IT reality of financial services and products Finwave SPA from the merger of Arcares, Liscor and Finance Evolution, which will soon involve CSTTech as well.

Becoming part of the Lutech Group had already enabled these realities, leaders in their respective niche markets, to establish themselves and grow in a consolidating market that requires realities with great financial and structural critical mass.

The companies, which belong to the Financial Services industry of the Lutech Group, have taken the same strategic path in recent years and now become a single 50-million-euro entity that combines knowledge and skills of all the professionals that comprise them: Factoring, Leasing, Consumer Finance, UTP, NPL, Banking, Securities and Regulatory.
