Lutech Group’s structural consolidation path continues. Following its acquisition by Apax Partners – a milestone for the company’s development – in 2022 Lutech Group is accelerating its growth pathway through the integration of acquisitions made over the last few years, identifying new companies of excellence to incorporate, expanding its offering and strengthening the organizational chart.
The strengthening and integration of the managerial team, with the goal of reinforcing Lutech’s value and market drive, passes through a doubling up of the leadership, with the creation of two distinct roles: one leading the Sales area, and one to coordinate Marketing, Communication and Strategy.
Starting from January, Lorenzo Greco is the manager covering the role of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Lutech Group, who will lead the team responsible for organic growth of the Group’s turnover, in line with the extremely ambitious goals agreed with Apax Partners.
At the same time, Alberto Roseo, who has previously led commercial development during an unprecedented period, will take on the responsibilities of Chief Marketing, Communication & Strategy Officer. In this role, he will focus on strategic development of key areas such as marketing, communication and brand awareness with regard to the new Group identity, as well as with relations with the 100-plus technology partners.
