On 29 July 2021 Lutech Sinergetica held a webinar on the technological and functional innovations introduced on the ETRM Perseo Suite platform for the management of the continuous intra-day market also known as XBID.
Start-up of contracting on XBID in Italy is scheduled for 21 September 2021, with the main goal of managing the risk of imbalance primarily linked to non-programmable renewable units (UC and UP).
The online event hosted numerous participants who watched the demonstration session of the new Lutech Sinergetica application model, natively integrated into the Perseo ETRM Suite, but designed to be made available in stand-alone mode, integratable with different algo-trading and ETRM applications.
The tool is already available, and the integration tests with the GME platform have been completed.
The current bidding & dispatching model has also been modified, reducing the MI sessions to three from seven, as required by regulations.
