Today sees the birth of Lutech Digital AirPort, a new entity within the Lutech Group resulting from the acquisition of AIS (Airport Information Services) from the SEA Group, Aeroporti di Milano.

With the award of SEA's 2023 tender, Lutech will manage the technology infrastructure and related services for the next nine years. This acquisition represents a significant step in consolidating our leadership in the sector.

Angela Pinciroli, formerly Head of Energy, Utilities & Transportation, assumes the role of CEO of Lutech Digital AirPort, bringing her extensive experience and expertise to lead the new entity. The new colleagues will join the Shared Capabilities organization under the direction of Francesco Gadaleta, continuing to ensure excellence and innovation.

With Lutech Digital AirPort, the Lutech Group is redefining airport technology standards, ensuring efficiency, safety and superior service for all passengers and operators.
