Three new acquisitions for Lutech, the Italian leader and European player in the digital and AI sector, which reaches thirty-one acquisitions in the last seven years. The six signed in 2024 alone ensured the entry of 800 employees (in addition to the 800 hired organically) in the last year and an additional annual turnover of 100 million.

SAPIMSA, Netinex, and Consulthink represent further consolidation of positioning and confirm the Group's commitment to driving technological innovation and supporting the digital transformation of businesses and institutions in Europe.

SAPIMSA and Netinex: advanced expertise

SAPIMSA and Netinex, Spanish companies based in Madrid and Oviedo, with more than 100 employees and 10 million in revenue, are leaders in consulting and implementation of business management solutions and SAP Gold Partners. With specific expertise in Machine Learning, Internet of Things (IoT) and Advanced Analytics, SAPIMSA and Netinex strengthen Lutech's presence in the Iberian market, which began with the opening of Lutech Spain a year ago. Now, Spanish companies that already showed trust in SAPIMSA and Netinex will be able to take advantage of an international Group available to guarantee excellence in the different areas of digital transformation. And SAPIMSA becomes a key piece of Lutech's offering for all clients, domestic and international.

Consulthink: cutting-edge cybersecurity

With Consulthink's contribution, Lutech consolidates its leadership in cybersecurity. The company consists of 70 highly skilled employees and has a turnover of about 9 million euros. Consulthink is recognized for its professional quality and great project experience in supporting public and social security agencies. This operation allows Lutech to increase the number of cybersecurity experts in the Group to about two hundred, strengthening its leadership in the public and private sectors and increasing its participation in large national contracts. This expansion of expertise increases Lutech's ability to respond to increasingly complex cybersecurity challenges.

The survey involved all of the company's employees, with a participation rate of more than 90 percent. The survey, offered for the first time to the entire Group, i.e., more than 5,500 employees, enabled Lutech to obtain the important Great Place to Work certification, a testament to its focus on and investment in its people. Among the strengths indicated by colleagues are the recognition of inclusive management, a sense of corporate community, as well as the trust that managers place in their people.
