Lutech Group announces the first major recognition it has been awarded in 2022, with attainment of Cisco Customer Experience Specialization following a major certification path which qualifies the Lutech Group in support of its clients along the entire lifecycle of Cisco‘s solutions and in achieving a tangible impact on business results.

Cisco Customer Experience Specialization, obtained thanks to the multidisciplinary expertise put into play by the teams involved, stands apart from the other specializations. It is a Business Specialization which recognizes the expertise and commitment of the partner in developing a methodology aimed at building a successful experience alongside their clients, involving people, tools, processes and infrastructure, further consolidating the twenty-plus-year partnership with Cisco.

The route to the specialization involves the certification of various resources and provides access to special sales promotions, extensive documentation, and a SuccessHub in which Cisco shares customer experience success cases.
