A year marked by innovation, investment in skills, and European expansion.

In 2025, the Group hired 1,000 new employees and today counts on a team of more than 6,000 people. The Group’s professionals have been engaged in the delivery of over 7,000 projects across the Public, Energy & Utilities, Telco & Media, Manufacturing, and Financial Services sectors.

The Q3 2025 results confirm an outstanding performance: a +10% year-on-year increase in revenues (doubling market growth), driven by organic growth and by acquisitions completed in the previous financial year. EBITDA also increased in line with this trend, reaching 13.2%, up 0.8 percentage points compared to the same period last year.

For 2026, the Group plans a further 1,000 hires and confirms its ambition to continue growing at twice the market rate, supported by international expansion and by the strengthening of distinctive capabilities in AI, cybersecurity, and cloud.

International expansion: focus on Spain and Albania

The Group’s international growth plan continues with the completion of two strategic acquisitions: Making Science’s Cloud and Cybersecurity business in Spain, now integrated into the Group under the Lutech Sweeft brand, and DigitSapiens, an Albanian company specializing in AI and digital solutions.

These transactions strengthen the Group’s presence in Europe and contribute to the creation of an integrated ecosystem of technological expertise and international-scale delivery capabilities, while continuing to invest in research and development and in new M&A initiatives.

People at the center: Lutech is a Great Place to Work® again in 2026

Confirming its strong focus on people, Lutech has obtained the Great Place to Work® Certification for the second consecutive year in Italy, Spain, and Albania.

The survey involved the entire company population, recording a participation rate of over 90%. This result reflects the strong sense of belonging and the willingness of the Group’s people to actively contribute to Lutech’s growth and continuous improvement.

“2025 confirms the solidity of our growth journey and the central role of artificial intelligence and skills as key levers to drive change,” commented Giuseppe Di Franco, CEO of the Lutech Group. “We are investing in the future, creating concrete opportunities for people, businesses, and the entire Italian and European economic and social ecosystem. The closing of the acquisitions of DigitSapiens and of Making Science’s Cybersecurity and Cloud activities, now integrated into the Group, represents a fundamental strategic step in our internationalization path, strengthening the Group’s ability to manage complex projects at a European level. The Great Place to Work® certification confirms our daily commitment to putting people at the center. We will continue to create value for clients, partners, and all Lutech people, while leading digital transformation.”
