Lutech Accelerates Its European Expansion: new acquisitions in Spain and Italy

With Talento Mobile in Spain and Valyrian Enterprise Solutions in Italy, the Group is strengthening its presence in the Iberian market and consolidating its expertise in Salesforce and Cloud & AI

Lutech continues its growth trajectory and announces two new strategic acquisitions that expand the Group’s footprint in Spain and Italy, adding expertise and a distinctive market position in some of the most dynamic segments of Europe’s digital transformation, in line with the strategy of acquiring vertical expertise, providing the Group’s customers with immediate access to established know-how and existing business relationships.

Talento Mobile, a Spanish company specializing in digital solutions for the financial sector, and Valyrian Enterprise Solutions (VES), an Italian technology boutique focused on Salesforce and AI, with a specialization in the public, energy, and transportation sectors.

These two transactions underscore the Group’s commitment to becoming a leading European player in digital innovation by expanding its expertise and geographic reach.
