Lutech acquires NEST2, an Italian excellence in managed services. The first acquisition by Lutech in 2018 expands the Group's know-how in the managed services sector.

Lutech Group announces that it has completed its acquisition of 85% of the share capital of NEST2 SpA, an Italian company specialized in the sector of H24x7 managed services to support complex networking, security, information technology and compliance solutions.

Lutech Group thus expands its offer of services to support its customers in the management of ICT infrastructures with new high-quality technical expertise and bespoke services.
