Lutech and One Equity Partners (“OEP”) announce their acquisition of the Milanese company Sinergy SpA, specialized in systems integration and an infrastructure solutions provider. In the wake of the growing demand for IT skills across Western Europe, this acquisition strengthens Lutech's position on the Italian domestic market.
