Lutech Group continues its growth in the manufacturing sector with the acquisition of a branch of SIT

Lutech Group announces the acquisition of the branch of SIT (Sistemi Informatici e Telematici Srl) specialized in solutions for manufacturing. Following signing of the agreement, sixteen SIT staff will be brought into CDM Tecnoconsulting.

SIT, founded in 1982, has developed particular expertise in the manufacturing sector, offering and integrating complete solutions for mechanical design and the management of design data of leading vendors in the market such as HP Mechanical Design Division, Cocreate and PTC. Today SIT, with 20 internal employees and a portfolio of 500 clients, is a partner of reference for PTC, operating mainly in the northern Italian market.

The operation confirms the goal agreed between Lutech Group and the new acquisition of achieving complete leadership in the development of IT projects for manufacturing, a sector which currently contributes a quarter of the Group’s overall turnover.
