Continuing in its strategy of acquiring the best Italian companies in the field of manufacturing technology partners, Lutech Group announces the acquisition of Know-How Srl.

The company, with long-standing bases in Reggio Emilia and Padua, has, since 1999, offered consultancy, development, training and support in management of ERP projects for the manufacturing sector, automotive in particular. Know-How is a growing company composed of over 50 specialists, and has consolidated, active relationships with more than 50 leading manufacturing companies, in Italy and in Europe.

Know-How creates, amongst other things, designs and customizations of Infor LN, Infor ION, Infor EAM and Infor WMS solutions. Know How’s approach is that of a certified, referenced partner able to break down and specify application and process requirements directly related to the company business in the manufacturing sector.
