Lutech Group strengthens its presence in Spain and inaugurates its new offices in Madrid

Innovation, growth, and collaboration are the Spanish objectives of the Lutech Group, European leader in digital and artificial intelligence, which further consolidates its position in Spain by inaugurating its new headquarters.

The creation of this hub is part of a development path that confirms the Group's role as a strategic partner in digital transformation, thanks to a vision that focuses on technology, people and sustainable growth. 2025 represents a year of significant consolidation for Spain, with an EBITDA of 13% and a team that has reached 300 professionals, showing a growth of 70% compared to 2024.

These results form the basis for the 2026 development plan, which envisages a further expansion of the scope of activities and the achievement of 400 million euros in revenues, accompanied by a development model that integrates organic growth, M&A initiatives and a strengthening of core competencies. The strengthening of the team and the opening of new business lines are essential levers to consolidate competitiveness and expand the Group's contribution to the country system.
