Lutech invests in Calabria: over 100 resources in the Cosenza office by 2025

Lutech announces the hiring of another 50 resources, doubling the numbers and reaching the goal of over 100 employees by 2025, as foreseen in the plan presented at the opening of the Cosenza office and shared with the Calabria Region.

The investment is part of Lutech's plan in Southern Italy, which includes over 60 million euros of investments in Research and Development with a focus on solutions based on Artificial Intelligence. There are already more than 50 Lutech professionals in the Calabria Region, including recent graduates and seniors; and among these, some employees who, after years in other parts of Italy, were able and wanted to return home.

The agreement with the University of Calabria also fits in, which was created with the aim of facilitating access to the world of work for students, PhD students and young researchers and of creating the best employment opportunities for them. A collaboration to build educational paths together, organize seminar activities and promote initiatives that allow experimenting with the dynamics of the world of work and creating new profiles, accompanying training through the design of ad hoc courses and through the provision of internships and placements at the local Lutech offices .

The announcement of the investment was accompanied by the presentation of the company's growth plan in Calabria, which was held today. Among those present: Giuseppe Di Franco, CEO of the Lutech Group, Gianluigi Greco, director of the Mathematics and Computer Science department at UNICAL, and Roberto Occhiuto, President of the Calabria Region.

This mix - investments, work, knowledge, innovation - is what our territory needs to grow intelligently, to create value, and to provide opportunities.”
