Lutech: digitization, efficiency, and innovation for the new Digital Company LENE

Lutech is a strategic partner of LENE, the Enel Group's new digital company dedicated to the supply of electricity and gas. An innovative brand created to capture the growing share of consumers who prefer to manage energy contracts and services exclusively through digital channels.

LENE's goal is to provide customers with a completely digital, fast, intuitive, extremely simple, transparent, and convenient "zero worries" experience.

Lutech designed and implemented LENE's back-office platform for billing and credit management (Meter To Cash) in a very short time frame. This platform is at the heart of the new digital company's billing, collection, and credit management processes.

The project took advantage of the harmonization of technological architectures and the adoption of Lutech's end-to-end DORA platform as a time-to-market accelerator.

DORA is Lutech's proprietary framework that responds to the digital transformation of the Retail Energy sector and is the result of over twenty years of experience of the Lutech Group in the Energy & Utilities sector.

It allows you to orchestrate all phases of the customer lifecycle, from online subscription to offers, to meter management, to digital billing and credit recovery.

Through the application of Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation in Meter To Cash processes, the Lutech solution enables the automation of decisions in credit reminder and recovery processes, reducing analysis times and increasing operational consistency.

All this allows LENE to accelerate billing and credit management processes, significantly reducing errors and manual activities. The new solution thus offers advanced decision support, ensures a positive customer experience, and extends automation to new business scenarios, confirming Lutech's commitment to continuous innovation.
