Lutech publishes its 2024 Sustainability Report, the first for the Group
The Lutech Group confirms its commitment to sustainability with the publication of the 2024 Sustainability Report, drafted in accordance with the principles of the CSRD Directive and ESRS standards. The document represents an important step in the process of integrating ESG criteria into the corporate strategy, with the aim of creating value for customers, people, and communities.
For the first time, the reporting scope includes all Group companies, for a total of over 5,500 professionals. The Group's structure, characterized by vertical and cross-functional skills, enables it to offer end-to-end digital solutions, integrating technological innovation and social responsibility.
The Report is based on a Double Materiality analysis, which identified the most relevant issues for the Group and its stakeholders: climate change, workforce management, protection of rights along the value chain, security and transparency towards customers, ethical conduct, and governance. These areas will guide strategic decisions in the coming years.
Looking to the future, Lutech has set clear objectives:
- Define a climate transition plan to reduce environmental impact and promote the use of renewable energy.
- Promoting an inclusive corporate culture by investing in training, well-being, and skills development.
- Strengthen ESG governance by extending policies and certifications across the entire Group and consolidating due diligence processes throughout the supply chain.
- Integrate sustainability into innovation by developing digital solutions that respond to environmental and social challenges.
The path taken is ambitious and reflects Lutech's desire to be a leader in sustainable transformation, capable of combining economic growth, social responsibility, and environmental protection.
