Lutech signs agreement to acquire ARTIS Consulting Spa

Lutech announces the signing of an agreement to acquire ARTIS Consulting Spa, a company focused on the digital transformation of financial intermediaries.

The acquisition of ARTIS is a key step for Lutech in its growth path, which in recent years has enabled the Lutech Group to expand its range of Fintech services and solutions. On the other hand, ARTIS has undertaken in recent years a path of transformation and expansion of its organizational and cultural horizon that today allows it to become part of one of the most prestigious realities in the technological and consulting landscape of the finance world. The union between the two entities offers significant advantages in terms of image, commercial energy and resources, without altering ARTIS's structural structure, identity or operational autonomy.
