Mediana enters Lutech Group

Lutech acquires Mediana and consolidates Lutech’s product offer for the Energy&Utilities sector

July 30, 2019 – The Lutech Group has announced the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Mediana, a company established in 1994 with office in Padua and specialized in the development and marketing of solutions focused on the core business processes of the Energy&Utilities sector, in particular that of customer engagement and billing for end customers.

Since its inception, Mediana has been responding to the needs of companies with vertical solutions in a sector that presents distinct technical, legislative and bureaucratic features, as well as strict timing for invoicing and consumption monitoring.
