The Lutech Global Competence Center is born

Collaboration between Italy and Albania to create and enhance skills

Lutech, the Italian leader in Digital and AI, announces the establishment of the Global Competence Center (GCC) in Tirana, Albania. This new Center, the result of a close collaboration between Italy and Albania, represents a significant step in Lutech Group's internationalization strategy aimed at creating skills and enhancing excellence. 

The Global Competence Center offers a comprehensive range of services, including consultancy, implementation, and operations on various innovative technologies and platforms. These services are tailored to both Italian and international clients, supporting the digital transformation of companies across various sectors. 

Gianluca Ciminata has been appointed Leader of the Lutech Global Competence Center and, together with his established team, is leading the organic and inorganic growth of the facility, which will include at least 400 professionals by 2026.. Currently, the GCC already boasts a team of over 100 specialists with an average age of 24 years,  and has successfully delivered over 30 projects across various technologies. 

The Competence Center has forged partnerships with key academic, governmental, and international technological organizations to expand its reach and maximize impact. Through these collaborations, the Center has gained access to cutting-edge resources and expertise, ensuring the quality and relevance of its services. 

The Global Competence Center closely collaborates with the Bari Competence Center for the industrialization of use cases across various domains, particularly Artificial Intelligence. Additionally, it offers consultancy and implementation services on technologies such as Salesforce, SAP, Infor, Java, and managed services like 24/7 Application Operations support. 

The Competence Center is a fundamental pillar of Lutech Group's internationalization program, thanks to its multilingual and multi-technological nature.
