On March 31 Lutech finalized the acquisition of Atos Italia S.p.A, which simultaneously changed its name and brand, becoming Lutech Advanced Solutions S.p.A.

The acquisition of Lutech Advanced Solutions makes it possible to strengthen the Group's offering thanks to complementary skills in strategic sectors such as, for example, Energy and Telco & Media, and in technology areas such as Digital Twin, Hyper Automation, High Performance Computing, Workplace Management and Business Platform. The combination of skills and resources in the Lutech Group creates a new top player in the digital market in Italy, an innovation leader supporting the transformation and growth of companies and institutions.
