ChannelCity named us best Italian Systems Integrator for the sixth year running

The Italian Channel Awards 2021 is the initiative dedicated to the Italian ICT market which allows channel operators to vote for, and thus reward, the best companies in Italy over the preceding year.

On the 24th of February at 4:30 p.m., the conclusion of the 2021 "ITALIAN CHANNEL AWARDS" organized by ChannelCity was streamed live.

It was a year once again marked by the pandemic, which saw changes in client requirements, established new modes of purchase and modified the products panel. 

Thus, the ICA represents a unique project in the Italian ICT channel world, genuine recognition for all those companies which have successfully distinguished themselves over the past year.
The project also provides for a series of initiatives to be promoted involving the companies which emerged over the course of the voting.

Thanks to the votes from the ICT professionals and players, once again Lutech was named Best Systems Integrator.



In the interview at ICA 2021, Alberto Roseo, Chief Marketing, Communication & Strategy Officer at Lutech Group, summed up the year which has just concluded, and the future goals for the Group:

“In 2021 Lutech Group had confirmation like never before that sustaining and strengthening our systems integrator model and being a genuine orchestrator of needs, challenges and innovation for our Clients has been and continues to be the right path to pursue for our future, too. This year has seen us take a leading role in the end-to-end digital transformation of our country, with turnover in line with the goals we had set, and it was a year of major change on different fronts for us.

Joining APAX Partners, with a strong focus on ICT, has given us further impetus to expand a leading network of IT partners in Italy in the construction and implementation of all the most requested technologies in the different vertical markets, as well as continuing in the acquisition of new specialist companies in line with the M&A project we have been pursuing for some years.

Lastly, continues Alberto Roseo, in 2021 we decided to double up our leadership, with the creation of a dedicated leading role for the Sales area and one dedicated to coordinating the Marketing, Communication and Strategies area, in order to offer even greater performance and proactiveness towards our clients for developing their business."

“Lutech Group provides its clients with a dedicated team with cross-cutting expertise to guide and support them, not just in the processes of defining the strategy and implementing the projects, but above all in the bureaucratic process of construction, application and access to the RRP funds. This is confirmation of the fact that the consultancy and client support aspect throughout the entire project lifecycle is now becoming the distinctive success factor of a systems integrator: in addition to building the best offering mixture, therefore, what the market is looking for is planning expertise and valid structures for the supply of the managed services.

This model obviously also lies behind our ambitious acquisition goals for 2022,” highlights Alberto Roseo, “which aim both to strengthen our expertise in services where Lutech already has extensive expertise, to improve our positioning in a specific area, such as in the world of big data and analytics, the cloud, and cybersecurity, and to expand our ecosystem of specialists in vertical industry expertise, such as in the manufacturing sector, where we completed four major acquisitions back in November.

“We want to become ever-more end-to-end, in our approach, our solutions and our knowledge of processes, and to be able to convey to clients our as-is vision in order to define the best growth road map for them,” confirms Alberto Roseo, “a road map in which the organization and resources are involved in technological solutions before any investment is made.”

In confirmation of the central role played by human resources, another focus for this year will undoubtedly be the ambitious growth and development plan which includes at least 300 new hires, both capitalizing on smart working and thanks to our extensive presence across Italy. Our personnel are our lifeblood, with whom we will achieve the ambitious goal of a billion-Euro turnover in the next three to four years, as agreed with Apax."
