Lutech Group has acquired Certimeter Group, consisting of the companies Certimeter and Netatlas.

Certimeter Group aims to be a partner of excellence in IT consulting specializing in the implementation of IT solutions, products and services. Specifically, the collaboration between Lutech and Certimeter Group stems from the desire to expand their respective scope by integrating Lutech's current services with Certimeter Group's distinctive skills in the design and implementation of IT products and services in Software Development, Cyber Security, Collaboration, Business Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data & Analytics and Salesforce technologies.
