Lutech Group acquires Infoedge and strengthens its Finance & Insurance offering

Lutech Group, Italian leader in the IT sector, announces the acquisition of Infoedge, an Italian company which has been creating and implementing IT products for the Finance & Insurance sector since 2010.

Infoedge’s offering is focused in the areas of Business Analytics, Data Management and Enterprise Application, primarily for the insurance sector. In the world of Insurance, in particular, Infoedge plays a clear leadership role in the Italian market as partner of eight of the top ten Italian insurance companies.

Following the introduction of European regulations which facilitate the sharing and exploitation of data and information – always with full respect for compliance requirements – companies in the Finance & Insurance sector have the opportunity to modernize their application assets in order to obtain the best from the information in their possession.
Ever since it was founded, Infoedge has considered data analysis to be a core pillar in its offering, integrating and customizing sector-leading application solutions. For this reason, its acquisition by Lutech Group is particularly strategic for the creation of a new range of offerings in the field of digital evolution projects dedicated to the insurance sector.

The details of the acquisition agreement specify that Infoedge’s young and highly qualified team – made up of around 150 IT professionals and consultants – will continue to service the reference market throughout Italy from the offices in Milan, Rome and Turin, while founder Arcangelo Dellino will continue at the helm of the company.
