Lutech Group announces the acquisition of Advantage and consolidates its presence in Manufacturing

During the Lutech Next Generation Manufacturing launch event, Lutech Group announced the acquisition of 100% of the shareholding in Advantage, a company specialized in digital transformation projects in the manufacturing sector which aim to accelerate clients’ Business Integration processes, accompanying them every step of the way in their innovation pathways.

Advantage offers itself as a partner of excellence in the manufacturing industry, in particular in Industry 4.0, now Transition 4.0 projects: from Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Configuration Management to Augmented Reality and IoT. The common goal of these activities is to optimize operations and time-to-market, increasing the quality of products and services as a consequence.

This acquisition helps fill out Lutech Group’s offering, guaranteeing the best to Italian Manufacturing companies in the development of IT projects for complete product lifecycle management.”

In over 20 years of activity, Advantage has gained a leading role among systems integrators, in particular in the automotive, aerospace, medical device & life science, industrial equipment and machine building fields, numbering some of the top Italian companies among its references.

Advantage’s projects are developed around a single goal: optimizing clients’ business processes thanks to technology and through an innovative approach and end-to-end development, from planning to support.

In particular, Advantage is a major partner of reference for PTC, a leader in services and solutions for the manufacturing industry.
