During the Lutech Next Generation Manufacturing launch event, Lutech Group announced the acquisition of 100% of the shareholding in Advantage, a company specialized in digital transformation projects in the manufacturing sector which aim to accelerate clients’ Business Integration processes, accompanying them every step of the way in their innovation pathways.

Advantage offers itself as a partner of excellence in the manufacturing industry, in particular in Industry 4.0, now Transition 4.0 projects: from Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Configuration Management to Augmented Reality and IoT. The common goal of these activities is to optimize operations and time-to-market, increasing the quality of products and services as a consequence.

“Advantage becoming part of Lutech Group,” confirms Tullio Pirovano, Lutech Group CEO, “is the first in a series of steps agreed with Apax partners, our main shareholder, which will allow us to consolidate our positioning in the Manufacturing sector, a strategic area where Lutech already has a strong presence and is currently among the main players in digitization projects for the economic recovery provided for by PNRR. This acquisition helps fill out Lutech Group’s offering, guaranteeing the best to Italian Manufacturing companies in the development of IT projects for complete product lifecycle management.”

In particular, Advantage is a major partner of reference for PTC, a leader in services and solutions for the manufacturing industry.
