Lutech invests in Florence: new offices to strengthen presence in the heart of Tuscan innovation

Lutech Group consolidates its growth nationally and internationally by choosing Florence as its new strategic headquarters. With the inauguration of the offices in the presence of the Region of Tuscany and the City of Florence, Lutech confirms its desire to invest in the territory, strengthening its ties with local institutions and focusing on talent, expertise and innovation.
The opening of the Florence office represents a significant step within the Group's growth plan. With this new space, the city of Florence is confirmed for Lutech as a strategic hub for innovation and collaboration with the territory.

Growth and the new location

Lutech contributes to the digitization of numerous institutional and corporate entities with impact in the region and in Italy, such as Alia Servizi Ambientali, Autostrade per l'Italia, Regione Toscana and Findomestic. The new office is set to become a reference point for digital innovation locally and internationally. Lutech aims to strengthen its presence in the area through targeted recruitment and training programs, in synergy with local universities and institutions.
The new headquarters is designed to meet the highest standards of sustainability and well-being. It will also be a hub for exchanging ideas, strengthening digital skills and creating opportunities for young talent in the area.

The inauguration and collaboration with institutions

The inauguration ceremony was attended by institutions, including Eugenio Giani, President of the Region of Tuscany, and Jacopo Vicini, Councillor for Economic Development of the city of Florence.

"The inauguration of the new Florence office represents another step in the Lutech Group's growth path, confirming our constant commitment to innovation and digital transformation. Florence is a strategic territory for us, rich in expertise, technological culture and dialogue with institutions and the academic world," said Giuseppe Di Franco, CEO of Lutech Group. "The new offices in Florence are characterized by an openness to collaboration with companies, universities and schools, the scientific world, startups and institutions in the city aimed at stimulating innovation and the growth of our people. With this new space we intend to strengthen our local presence and continue to build solid and lasting relationships with clients, partners and talents in the area, contributing to the digital development of the entire Tuscan and national ecosystem."

"When a company like Lutech chooses Florence, it sends a clear signal: Tuscany is not only a land of beauty and history, but also of future and vision. Here innovation finds fertile ground, in an ecosystem where ideas take shape and talents can imagine and build their future. This investment represents a real pact with the territory: a gesture of trust that enhances our skills, research and synergy between public and private." - said Eugenio Giani, President of the Region of Tuscany.

"When a company chooses our city, it is always good news," said Councillor for Economic Development Jacopo Vicini, "in this case all the more so, since the investment concerns sectors such as innovation and digital transformation, confirming Florence as a fertile and welcoming territory for realities that place research and technological development as the engine of their growth.

"The collaboration with Lutech represents a strategic step in Alia's digital transformation journey," comments Alberto Irace, CEO of Alia Multiutility. "Together we have created one of the first advanced digital platforms for a multi-utility in Italy, the first in Tuscany, designed to achieve circularity in partnership with citizens and businesses. A technological ecosystem that simplifies access to services, improves operational efficiency and makes the experience of sustainability and circularity concrete. Digitization is the key to addressing the ecological and energy transition, which is a primary need of our communities today."
