Mediana merges with Sinergetica, creating Lutech Sinergetica for Energy & Utilities

Lutech Group continues its corporate and offering consolidation process with the merger of Mediana into Sinergetica. The two entities have been merged into a single company, Lutech Sinergetica, which becomes Lutech Group’s sole reference for IT solutions for the Energy & Utilities market.

Mediana, acquired in 2019, is specialized in the development and marketing of solutions focusing on the core business processes of the Energy & Utilities sector, in particular in customer engagement and billing management.

Sinergetica, part of the Lutech Group since 2018 and specialized in the development of IT solutions for the energy market, has in just a few years become one of the main suppliers in Italy of Energy Trading & Risk Management (ETRM) solutions. Today, Sinergetica acts as partner of reference in the digitization process for operators in this market, including some sector leaders and multinational groups already on the books.

From today, the Mediana and Sinergetica solutions will be offered by the same company, Lutech Sinergetica, and thanks to the Lutech Group’s infrastructure capacities, will grasp the new technological opportunities in cloud environments and in full-service mode to stand alongside the traditional on-premises approach.
