Integration of the proprietary K4F and Tigran technologies and platforms as an end-to-end solution to support innovation in Factoring services
Arcares, a Lutech Group company and leading Factoring solutions provider in Italy, and modefinance, a Fintech company specialized in assessing the credit risk of companies and Rating Agencies (CRA and ECAI), have signed a strategic agreement for the integration of the proprietary K4F and Tigran platforms for the first completely digital and integrated system for automation of Factoring management from an open finance perspective.
In virtue of the agreement, modefinance and Arcares will integrate Tigran – a patented “Rating-as-a-service” solution – within the K4F – Keystone for Finance solution, the leading Factoring solution in Italy – in order to allow automatic analysis and management of the entire approval procedure of assigning and supplying credit, processing all underwriting criteria in a thorough and elastic manner.
The deriving technological solution, specifically, is designed for the best automated management of the electronic credit processing and the analysis flows, on the basis of predetermined criteria and parameters in order to obtain a real-time verification in the feasibility assessment of processing of an application. In practice, Tigran will contribute to increasing the credit risk assessment capacities, within the K4F electronic credit processing, with the characteristic modularity and flexibility within the procedure.
