Lutech Group announces the completion of the formal merger process for Tecla to become part of Lutech; the new addition is a company specialized in digital commerce solutions, acquired by the Group in 2018. This latest step completes the integration into Lutech of competences, partnerships and technological solutions for digital commerce projects of the highest quality.

With over 20 years of experience in the market, Tecla accompanies the top brands in the Retail, Fashion and large-scale retail world in developing digital transformation projects in accordance with a modern customer-centric vision. By now, it is indeed widely agreed that the digital transformation, in any industry and for companies of any size, must be based on an approach which puts the client, the company contacts and the data they generate in interactions with the application platforms first. In particular, Tecla is specialized in the implementation of projects for omni-channel e-commerceproduct information management (PIM) and customer engagement.

“A strategic, customer-based vision must be a paradigm common to all companies, even in B2B,” points out Tullio Pirovano, CEO of Lutech Group. “The explosion of ecommerce and digital business relationships, even in professional circles, requires rapid adaptation of the technological infrastructure to application solutions oriented towards analysis of the information provided by customers in their interactions with the company. Thanks to the acquisition of Tecla’s expertise and portfolio of solutions, Lutech is now able to completely satisfy requests for end-to-end projects to support ecommerce and relationship processes with all corporate stakeholders.”.

The partnerships built up with the leading vendors in the Digital Commerce sector have allowed the specialists at Tecla - now Lutech – to apply a precise integration methodology for the specific solutions which enable each individual component of the project: from the creation of a ecommerce site genuinely functional for order acquisition, to management of product delivery in an omni-channel context, with a particular focus on new consumer requirements such as in-store picking and last-mile coverage.

The goal of a Digital Commerce project is to optimize and integrate the processes with a view to converting contacts into sales, intensifying relationships and improving customer support. All this is possible only through a mix of expertise and service offerings that the 50 Tecla specialists now place at the complete disposal of Lutech and their client companies.
